Who can cancel God's commandments? The state of California has made a rule to cancel singing in churches. Is that a rule that the church of Christ should obey? No! God says to sing (Eph. 5:19; Col. 3:16). God says, "Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching" (Heb. 10:25). That is negative command from God telling us to not forsake the assemblies of the saints. Who can cancel that command?
